Phileas is a man sporting a tall, well shaped figure; he always hold himself with his back straight. His fair-skin match with darker hair, and sideburns framing a straight, long face. What really stands out about him however is his attitude; all his gestures are controlled, everything he does seems timed perfectly to suit a well oiled schedule. There is something a little surprising about the way he moves. One could say he is exactitude personified.	Phileas doesn't exhibit emotions much; as a matter of fact, he may often be considered cold. Polite and a true gentleman, sure, but never warm or especially friendly. His life seems to be a lonely one, revolving around a well set schedule, making him look perhaps a little emotionless, or robot-like. However, he does have his share of excentricity; he'sthe one who led his faction out of town for so many years; he's also a man who enjoys games, such as whist or betting. In the same way, while he looks cold to strangers, he is very caring in his own way; he has no problems giving money to the poor, is the one who decided to create the museum and school to educate the people in town (despite his otherwise solitary life), and will most definitely be loyal to the end to his friends. He forgives people easily too. It's very rare for him to lose his cool, but when he does, he will have no problems boxing people.	Phileas, when he came to life in the town, simply had a bet with someone that he and other members of the ruling class could most definitely exit the town and stay away from it. On his trip, as he was accompanied with scientists, he ended up forming an interest in arts, sciences and history, and learned quite a lot of things; coming back to town to live a simple, scheduled, quiet life, he decided to claim back what should have been his as the leader of the Verne Mafia, and instead turn it into a temple of knowledge, allowing his friends to keep on doing what they liked and still offer something to the town in exchange for taking them back.
